Help your group share a different kind of experience. Start with ages, numbers and your available time, then discuss suitable activities with the venue.
Start with your pupils.
Include year groups or age range, guest count, preferred date and visit window. Discuss supervision, accessibility and food requirements with the venue so suitability and availability can be checked.
VR suitability is title-specific.
Minimum ages are 13 for Sol Raiders, 15 for Singularity and Space Marine: Defenders of Avarax, and 16 for Far Cry and Undead Arena. Zero Latency sessions accommodate 2–8 players; larger groups may require multiple sessions.
Check every activity, not just VR.
Check age and participation requirements for LaserTag, Racing Sims, Shuffleboard and Darts with the venue. Discuss group rotation, timing, supervision and food before arranging your visit.
